• Responsible for the sales order processing and follow-up
• Support the Sales team for daily order logistics
• Maintain and update sales data and ensure all data is recorded timely and accurately
• Coordinate with sales, purchase and logistics team
• Coordinate and liaison with the clients and the designers on the design issue
• Prepare the quotations and the effective sales & marketing tools
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• DSE/HKCEE or above with relevant experience
• Good written and spoken English & Mandarin
• 1-2 years working experience in account serving / order follow up is an advantage
• Proficiency in PC Operations (MS Office and Chinese Word Processing)
• Ability to use AI, PS is an advantage
• Self-motivated, mature and enjoy team work
• Able to work overtime and meet tight deadlines
• Excellent orders / inquiries follow up, problem solving skills
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
