Main Duties & Responsibilities:  

• To handle full set of books
• To handle all accounting matters including data input, voucher preparation and payment processing
• Assist in month end closing (including the preparation of balance sheet schedule, inter-co current accounts reconciliation)
• Assist in statutory audit 
• To oversee accounting issues for PRC mainland operations
• To handle ad hoc job

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in accounting
• At least 2 years accounting experience, previous PRC exposure is preferred
• Proficient in MS office, familiar with Oracle system is preferred
• Proficient in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
• Self-initiative & proactive personality with strong communications skills
• Immediately available or short notice is preferred
• Candidates with no working experience may be considered for the Accounts Clerk position
