Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle a full spectrum of Human Resources functions including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits administration, performance management, employee retention and engagement
- Liaise with line manager in regards to staff-related issues
- Manage and maintain personnel records in Human Resources Information System
- Assist in organizing a range of employee relations activities
- Responsible for other human resources tasks and projects as required
Experiences and skills required
- Degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline
- Minimum 7 years’ experience in HR generalist role with at least 1 year in supervisory / managerial position
- Hands-on experience in HRIS would be an advantage
- Excellent numerical sense and analytical skills, well versed with Hong Kong Labour Ordinance
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
