The successful candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Candidates will be expected to have at least 12 years post-degree work experience in general administration, policy / human resources management, system / project planning and development, compliance and outreach with a minimum of 8 years at managerial level.

The Academy is a non-profit making organisation set up to provide structured educational services for exceptionally gifted students as well as to support teachers, parents and academics. It will provide off-school learning opportunities for gifted young people aged from 10 to 18 years to enable them to reach their potential in a wide range of specialist areas, including leadership, creativity, personal-social competence, to promote wholeperson development, and to develop their confidence in pursuit of excellence and commitment to serving their community. It will also help to provide guidance to parents of gifted students, as well as training courses for teachers in specialist areas.
