Job Location @ Sai Ying Pun

This role is a unique role in that you will be working in the first Babington Education centre in Hong Kong as both a front desk customer service officer and a Head Officer support staff. Your role will mainly be as a front desk CS officer for the Sai Ying Pun learning centre, but due to the fact that the Sai Ying Pun branch is a Head Office owned branch, you will also be involved in the main franchise business with opportunities for a greater involvement in the wider business, leading to other roles within the Babington Education business. 

Job Description:

"Operate & manage the Sai Ying Pun learning centre business with the centre manager"

1. Operate the Sai Ying Pun learning centre business with the Centre Manager to achieve the centre's business objectives. General learning centre operational tasks include:
   1. Issuing invoices/receipts and receiving payments
   2. Scheduling
   3. Reports
   4. Book keeping
2. Head Quarter support: Provide support to Head Quarters to support the Babington Education franchise business
3. General customer services
4. Administration
5. Marketing support for company events

Requirements:

1. Love kids
2. Customer services experience
3. Experience in education an advantage
4. Able to communicate in English & Chinese to a good standard and with good confidence
5. Able to work under pressure
6. Excellent presentation skills
7. Excellent telephone skills
8. Happy and cool person (we are working with kids after all)
