Human Resources Officer – Compensation & Benefits 

• To manage monthly payroll, taxation & MPF calculations for our  group of restaurants and office with 500+ staff in Hong Kong
• To perform analysis and reports including compensation analysis, benefits practices and other analysis for management review in quality and timely manner
• Update and maintain staff records and leave management in the HR management system
• To work with staff at all levels for HR related matters
• Provide daily operational support and administration on HR matters.
• Participate in adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma holder with over 5+ years’ experience in Human Resources, preferably with experience gained from sizable retailing and/or Food & Beverage companies
• Hands-on experience in C&B policy and familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
• Strong analytical skills and detail minded with high sensitivity to numbers and details
• Good knowledge in latest HR systems and proficiency in MS Office (Word, and Excel - VLOOKUP and pivot table is an added advantage)
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal communication and project management skills
