Responsibilities:

1. Provide overall customer services and ensure timely delivery of goods in accordance to customers' requirements
2. Handle customers' general enquiries and resolve customer complaints, if required
3. Follow up booking, B/L, invoices and routing orders

Requirements:

1. Diploma or 1 year relevant experience in shipping field
2. Willing to learn & attend to details
3. Relative educated in Transport Logistics Management is preferred
4. Good command in both verbal and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
5. Be familiar with PC skill
