Job Description

Job Duties:

  • Lead a team to develop and organise public training, in-company training, online learning and consultancy services for industries
  • Analyse industry training needs and formulate curricula of training programmes for the professional development of different industries
  • Formulate business development strategy for training services
  • Provide consultancy services related to learning & development, including strategy review, training needs analysis, curriculum review, programme design and quality assurance
  • Formulate marketing plans to promote public training programmes to different industries
  • Collaborate with industry associations, professional institutes and academia for new training programme development as well as research and study
  • Enhance client management, identify new client segments and maintain relationships with existing clients

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree with at least 4 years’ relevant experience in training business management, learning & development, human resources management, etc
  • Degree from disciplines such as business management, social science, human resources, science or equivalent are preferred
  • Experience in developing and leading public training programmes preferred
  • Close connection with industry associations and professional institutes will be an advantage
  • Strong business acumen
  • Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good analytical, problem solving and project management skills
  • Well organised, proactive, outgoing, enthusiastic and result-oriented
  • Excellent writing skills in English and Chinese
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua

A competitive salary package commensurate with academic qualifications and experience will be offered. The successful candidates will be employed on a fixed-term contract basis, which is renewable subject to appointee’s performance and the Council’s development needs.
