Responsibilities

• Perform general secretarial duties to the department, such as handling of all confidential information, typing, copying, faxing, maintaining diaries, arranging meetings and appointments, etc.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mails and correspondences for department
• Prepare monthly reports and reimbursement claims
• Maintain an effective departmental filing system
• Manage the function and activities of the department and coordinate within the team and/or with other departments
• Prepare documents and correspondences for meetings
• Compile a variety of reports
• Assist in special projects with other team members
• Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor or above

Requirements

• Post-secondary or above
• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Good written English, communication and interpersonal skill
• Good PC knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• A good team-player with strong sense of responsibility and initiative
• Working experience in property related company is an asset
