Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and secretarial support to Investment Banking Division
• Responsible for all travel arrangement such as flight, accommodation, visa, logistics etc
• Handle all club membership issues for senior management
• Responsible for expenses claims and reimbursements for senior management
• Assist in team roadshow arrangement such as meeting schedule, roadshow booklet preparation etc
• Communicate with clients, business partners, hotels etc for roadshow/event arrangement
• Coordinateand prepare presentation materials forclient meetings
• Assist in Due Diligence research, translation and KYC documents preparation for investment projects
• Support ad-hoc assignments

 

Requirements:

• Degree Holderor above in Business Administration/Finance or related discipline
• 0 - 3 years’ experience in Investment Bank/Financial institutions
• Good command in spoken and written Chinese and English
• Proficient in MS Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential
• Responsible, hardworking and able to work independently
• Multi-tasker, can handle stress and fast-paced environment
• Fresh graduate will also be considered
• Short notice period or immediately available is preferred
