Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

-       Invoice and logistics arrangement for retail and wholesale customer orders

-       Coordinate with suppliers on procurement, delivery and product enquiries

-       Communicate with wholesale customers on products, order and shipment enquiry

-       Coordinate with sales department to maintain stock level

-       Maintain the integrity of sales and stock records in system

-       Return & Repair goods management

-       Prepare regular sales and purchase reports

-       Provide admin and clerical support to Sales Director

-       Assist to handle ad-hoc projects

 

 

Job Requirements:

-      Extremely detail-minded and well organized are required.

-      A good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

-     A strong sense of responsibility & ownership is required

-      Able to work independently to resolve problems

-      Good command of both written English and spoken/written Chinese

-      Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint & Outlook)

-      Fresh graduate will also be considered.
