Student Affairs Office

Responsibilities:

• Provide advice, guidance, personal support to residents in the dormitory;
• Plan and implement experiential learning and culturally diverse programmes /activities for residents and non-residents;
• Maintain good administration of the student dormitory;
• Handle student affairs work with team members, other offices of the College and external organizations; and
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• A bachelor degree preferably in social work or counselling;
• At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience;
• Fluent in English and Putonghua;
• Outgoing personality, strong event management, interpersonal and communication skills;
• Good computer knowledge; and
• Required to live in the quarter and to work on shifts, during adverse weather and on school and public holidays.

Candidate with more relevant experience will be considered for the post of Senior Student Affairs Officer.
