Job Description
GENERAL FUNCTION
Sales Administrative Assistant will perform a variety of administrative duties in supporting the Asia Pacific International team as well as the Asia Apparel Development team.
PRIMARY DUTIES
- Assist to organize, plan and conduct meetings, events and conferences including regional sales meetings.
- Assistance on hotel bookings, catering arrangement, visa application & etc.
- Prepare expenses claim reports and monthly calendar reports for International VP(s).
- Prepare and modify reports and presentations.
- Work closely with the Finance department on processing the payment related to office admin for the teams.
- Work with travel agents and provide the most cost-effective flight/ hotel options to the teams.
- Perform daily administrative supports to the team, including (but not limited to):
- Local/ overseas courier & mailing arrangements
- Distribution of samples/ parcels
- Printing Arrangement
- Provide basic onsite IT support
- Assist the Regional Directors to record and handle samples that they received for regional meetings & other purposes.
- Setup and maintenance of vendor accounts related to office administration.
- Work with contractors for office renovation works and maintenance of office equipments, facilities and premises for the teams.
- Responsible for office groceries, furniture and stationeries procurement.
- Participate in special projects and/ or other tasks that may be assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED
- Associate Degree or Higher Diploma in Business Administration, University Degree is also preferred
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in Microsoft office and Chinese word processing
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Independent, responsible, meticulous and detail-minded
