Job Description

Main purpose of role:

Be responsible for the daily operation duties in HR of assigned Business Units and acts as a channel of communication between HR and operation staff within the Group. 

Responsibilities:

l Responsible for full spectrum of recruitment activities including candidate sourcing channels, posting job advertisement, interview arrangement, orientation arrangement, etc

l Work proactively to develop close working relationships with business so as to understand the manpower requirements of various projects and respond to their staffing needs;

l Formulate and execute recruitment strategies and initiatives to attract talent to meet business needs;

l Conduct recruitment activity using appropriate selection methodologies;

l Assist in preparing the regular analyzing reports, market survey, market comparison and reports to management analysis and review;

l Keep abreast of latest employment related ordinance to ensure compliance with all legal requirements; assist and recommend appropriate improvement for the work flow.

 

Requirements:

l Diploma in Human Resources Management or relevant disciplines;

l At least 2 year's human resources and administration experience with focus on recruitment functions;

l Good command in spoken & written English and Chinese;

l Proficiency in MS Office Applications & Chinese Word Processing;

l Details-minded, Independent, Self-initiative, Well-organized and good team player with enthusiastic and proactive behavior;

l Capable of working in demanding and challenging environment;

l Immediate available is highly preferable.
