Responsibilities:

• Report to Section Head in providing business partner services to certain employee cluster

• Provide HR administration support to employees’ enquiries
• Assist in Work Injury handling
• Assist in employee engagement programs including employee well-being activities, staff welfare activities, AGM etc 
• Assist in employee life-cycle process from offering, role advancement to leaving
• Assist in maintain and update employee record in HRIS System
• Assist in HR reports for management review
• Assist on ad-hoc projects / assignments 

 Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or other related disciplines

• With 2-3 years relevant experience
• Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and HR related regulation
• Able to communicate effectively and deliver proper message to related parties
• High level of personal integrity, confidentiality and discretion
• Proficiency in MS Office especially in Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Detail-oriented
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
