You are responsible for building people/leadership capability and developing an adaptive and competitive organization. You will work with business leaders and HR partners to create learning strategies that are in line with the business needs, deploy them to the organization, and create the learning solutions needed. You will also have an opportunity to participate in the design and deployment of regional learning initiatives in partnership with our Regional Talent Development team.

Main responsibilities:

• Plan, design and deliver learning and development interventions based on strategic choices of the business and needs of the organization
• Evaluate the tools of learning process in order to maximize individual and group performance
• Conduct learning and development needs analyses and assessments in partnership with the business leadership team
• Ensure high quality training delivery in Hong Kong & Macau
• Provide appropriate coaching and education to managers and employees on learning activities to maximize business results
• Support the HR, change management and compliance projects

An ideal candidate for this role would possess:

• Strong academic credentials
• Preferably, 2 - 3 years of HR or L&D-related experience
• Strong analytical and problem solving ability. Must possess the analytical and creative skills to understand issues and develop creative solutions.
• Strong ability to lead in a diverse and collaborative environment.
