Duties:

• Perform reception duties including handling incoming calls & enquiries, greeting guests & visitors;
• Provide clerical and administrative support
• Perform Import / Export Declaration
• Data entry, Invoice printing
• Perform any other duties assigned
• Assist in general accounting duties including filing, data entry

Job Requirements:

• F.5 or above
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in office administration
• Good telephone manner, interpersonal and communication skills
• Mature, polite, self-motivated, independent and hardworking
• Good command of spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office applications; including Word and Excel
• Familiar with Tradelink System and SAP
• Immediate available is highly preferred
