Responsibilities:

• Perform general receptionist duties including answering enquiries and clients greeting;
• Responsible for office administration functions, such as stationery ordering, office equipment tracking, arranging postal and courier services;
• Liaise with internal departments and external parties on administrative issues;
• Assist in ad-hoc tasks assigned.

 Requirements:

• Diploma or above with at least 2 years' relevant working experience;
• Proficient in MS Office applications;
• Excellent phone manner, customer oriented, friendly personality, positive mind and can-do attitude;
• Willing to learn, pleasant character; Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Organized, self-motivated and a good team player; Less experience will also be considered as Office Assistant;
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.
