Responsibilities:

• Responsible for registration, cashier management, daily transactions; and conduct transaction reports
• Handle customer appointments and enquiries at front desk/ on the phone/ through fax or email
• Administrative duties - Arrange office maintenance services and assist in ordering office supplies, medical supplies, etc.
• Maintain tidiness and professionalism in reception area

Requirements:

• F.5 or above (Fresh graduate will be considered), prior experience in customer service and administration is a plus
• Good command in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in PC knowledge (MS Word & Excel)
• Resourceful, proactive, well organized and able to multi-task
• Open minded, willing to learn, good team player
