Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical/administrative support to Retail Operations Department
- Coordinate regular meetings and follow up meeting materials e.g. meeting records.
- Prepare sales report or related reports for management review
- Assist in ad hoc projects as required
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- At least 1 years' clerical experience
- Multi-tasking, detail-minded, hardworking and responsible
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office, such as Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Immediate available is highly preferred
Working location: Wong Chuk Hang (5 mins walk from MTR Station)
