Job Responsibilities: 

• Responsible to handle leasing matters including lease negotiation, cold calling and tenancy admin work  
• Assist to conduct market research, data analysis and report to management   
• Maintain good relationship with tenants 
• To assist in leasing and marketing projects or activities 

Job Requirements: 

• 2 years relevant experience 
• Having leasing experience is preferred 
• Good command in both written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese 
• Self - motivated, proactive and willing to learn
