Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide clerical supports including employment letter and staff correspondence preparation
- Provide full support of human resources function including but not limited to recruitment, orientation and payroll administration etc
- Assist in HR data management and maintain proper filing system
- Provide HR and administrative support
- Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- Form 5 / HKDSE or above
- 2 year’s solid experience in Human Resources field
- Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance
- Knowledge in using MS Office applications
- Pleasant, detail-minded, self-motivated and independent
- Good command of English and Chinese
