Job Description
Work closely with the team, you will be responsible for company secretarial, human resources and administration of the Group, duties include but not limited to:
- Perform all rounded duties of company secretarial in different jurisdictions
- Handle full range of human resources matters and system implementation
- Manage general office administration
- Maintain statutory records and general filing system
- Ensure compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory matters
- Liaise with external service providers and consultants in relation to company secretarial, human resources and administration matters
- Prepare/review minutes, resolutions and contracts or related documentation to the Group’s business
- Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned
The Person
- Degree holder
- 5 years related working experience, preferably in related industry of the Group
- Outgoing and results-driven individual with an open mind to continuously grow and learn with the team
- Startup experience would be an advantage
- Hands-on working approach, excellent communication skills, sound commercial awareness
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese
