Responsibilities

• Develop good relationship with new and existing customers
• Provide excellent customer service
• Achieve team and individual sales targets
• Handle new and existing customers’ bookings and requests
• Support and assist in daily operations, perform ad-hoc duties

Requirements

• Diploma or above
• Minimum 1-year related experience in customer service sector
• Customer-oriented, outgoing and responsible team player with good interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, self-disciplined and result-oriented with positive attitude
• Multi-tasking and enjoy working in the energetic wellness environment
• Willing to work on shift duty/on flexi-hours
• Good command of spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
• Basic technical proficiency with MS applications and Apple product
• Immediate available is preferred
