Responsibilities:

• On-site Administrator, replace Consumables, as needed, at each Device location and ensure that Consumables are available at the Customer Site
• Coordinate with regarding Device and related Software Support Service calls.
• Clear paper jams in printers
• Assist Customer with an overview of the Device functionality.
• Report any occurrences of Customer dissatisfaction to the Account Delivery Manager (ADM)
• Collect manual page counts as Devices, depending on billing infrastructure or network capability.
• Utilize web-based software to manage the Fleet which may include proactive monitoring of Web Jetadmin.
• Ad hoc activities as required.
• Tracking usage/activities at the Customer Site(s)

Requirements: 

• Secondary school graduate or above
• With related working experience
• Good PC skills and Printer knowledge
• Both read and write proficiency in English
• Eager to learn, self-motivated, able to work independently under pressure and multi-tasking to meet deadline
• Good teamwork with effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Immediately available is highly preferred
