The primary responsibility is to provide full administrative support to Team Manager to schedule meetings, prepare monthly report, manage client's email and general administration work to the team.

  Key Responsibilities

• Providing full administrative support to the Partnership Establishment team including, Director of Partnership Establishment and Head of Asia New Entrant Programme
• Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation to the Partnership Establishment team as well as New Entrants to attend training courses and other travel as required
• Managing diaries and organising meetings and appointments
• Organising logistics and supporting the training courses and other Partner Development workshops
• Collating and filing expenses
• Organising logistics and supporting various events such as recruitment insight evenings
• Keep various pieces of Management Information up to date
