Job Description

Our client, a property investment company, is looking for experienced HR candidate to join the HK team.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Handle recruitment of office staff including placing of job advertisements, screening of applications, arranging and conducting interviews, recommending salary to Top Management, preparing employment contracts and arranging new staff on board
  • Administer staff compensation and benefits including payroll, medical benefits, salary review, tax filing, MPF contributions, etc
  • Maintain good staff relations by resolving staff issues and grievances
  • Prepare staff policy for Top Management review
  • Arrangement of performance appraisal
  • Coordinate any staff training as and when required
  • Manage office administration including office equipment, stationery, etc
  • Support Management on any HR ad-hoc tasks

 

Requirements:

 

  • Degree holder in HR Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience
  • Well-versed with employment ordinance and other HR regulations
  • Able to work independently with sound judgement
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications
