The incumbent is responsible to provide administrative support to the merchandising function.

The successful incumbent will be responsible for:

• Prepare report for weekly sales analysis
• Prepare replenishment and transfers to and between stores
• Update stock delivery situation, stock on hand situation, sales reports on a regular basis
• Assist in preparing product training materials
• Data entering for seasonal orders
• Compile adhoc report and perform analysis
• Provide administrative support and follow up ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• Passion about fashion
• University graduate preferably in Fashion related discipline, fresh graduate will also be considered
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent Excel skills and comfortable with numbers
• Self-motivated, flexible, detail orientated and willing to learn
