SCHOOL OF CHINESE MEDICINE

Clinical Division

The appointee will assist the clinic-in-charge in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Chinese Medicine clinics. The major responsibilities are:

• to provide executive support to clinic administration;
• to assist in setting up operational policies and ensuring efficient delivery of service;
• to plan and implement various projects;
• to supervise supporting staff;
• to handle complaints;
• to undertake committee work; and
• to perform any other duties as assigned.  

Requirements:

• A good Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a higher/professional qualification;
• At least six years of relevant work experience including three years of supervisory experience;
• Good work initiative and ability to work both independently and in a team;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, good analytical and problem-solving abilities;
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); and
• Chinese medicine knowledge and solid work experience in Chinese medicine clinics are preferred.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
