Job Description
The function of a Training Coordinator includes, but shall not be limited to the following:
- Class Administration
- Classroom Requests
- Schedule classroom at Client's office and Learning Partner locations accordingly.
- Provide alternative dates and classrooms as required.
- Update resources queue accordingly
Job Details:
The coordinator main job duties are as follows:
- High Touch Program Support- Sales Training
- Classroom setup and take down
- Materials ordering
- Room reservations
- Facilities requests
- Catering orders
- Enrollment in Learning system
- Monitor and maintain class changes as needed; close classes
- Report on enrollments and other special needs
- Document all ad hoc scheduling requests
- Classroom requests-schedule, classroom at NetApp and Learning Partner locations accordingly. Provide alternative dates and classrooms as required.
Requirements:
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Outlook calendaring, Office tools administrative skills.
- Highly organized with project management skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Mandarin Speaking will be an advantage
