- Reporting to Admin Manager
- Responsible for the company reception work and greeting visitors
- Responsible for conference room bookings, inventory taking, office supplier's master list
- Responsible preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes
- Establish and unify various administrative forms, such as stationery, holidays, business trips, overtime, purchase applications, etc
- Uniform management and storage
- Assist in ad hoc tasks
Job Requirements
- University graduate with 1-2 years’ experience, fresh graduate will also be considered
- Familiar with writing meeting minutes and agenda
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office, including EXCEL, PPT, etc
- Good command of spoken and written English & Mandarin
- Outside work maybe required
