Job Duties:

l   Maintain good channels and effective communication with customers, sub-contractors and other departments for both sides benefits

l   Liaise with customers on vessels arrangement according to the customers' instruction (Including the night incoming phone orders if required)

l   Direct the team on the understanding of department working procedure, systems, and the customer requirements

l   Supervising Crew roster and work closely with all vessels to improve Crew utilization

l   Support and backup the team and Manager in order to maintain the team works with standard

l   Prepare daily and monthly performance reports to the management

l   Preform the invoices creation and verification

l   Perform any other duties as assigned by Management

Qualifications, experience & skills: 

l   High Diploma or above

l   Minimum 2 years of working experience

l   Fresh graduate will be considered

l   Good command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Cantonese

l   Proficiency in MS Office, include Outlook, MS Word and Excel

l   Independent, strong personal motivation, proactive, responsible and well disciplines

l   Good communication skills and time management
