Job Responsibilities

• Gather data from Clinic Management System to prepare drug cost allocation reports among clinics and keep proper record of drug consumption
• Act as a major contact point for clinics on IT related matters including internal information system “Clinic Management System”, "Pharmaceutical Inventory Management System", “Income Report System”, broadband contracts, etc.
• Responsible for registration of Electronic Health Record Sharing System (eHRSS), enrolment in Health Care Voucher as well as application for government healthcare subsidies including Vaccination Subsidy Scheme, Colorectal Cancer Screening Programme, etc.
• Support ad hoc duties as and when required

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years’ relevant experience
• Knowledge or keen interest in medical or healthcare industry preferred
• Able to work with various people in different capacities and good at collaboration
• Pleasant, well-organized, customer-oriented and willing to learn
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Meticulous with good numerical sense
