Major Job Responsibilities

1. Perform all-rounded HR functions, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, training and development, performance management and employee relations.
2. Participate in the formulation and implementation of HR policies and practices and ensure procedures meet business needs and are in compliance with laws and regulations
3. Participate in various annual HR process - salary review, performance appraisal, etc.
4. Assist in planning, organizing and implementing HR / payroll / system related projects
5. Compile regular HR related statistics and reports for management review
6. Provide HR advice to staff members
7. Manage and maintain accurate staff information, documents and records
8. Assist in ad hoc HR-related projects as assigned

Requirements

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Studies or related disciplines
• Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience, exposure in FMCG industry is an advantage
• Working experience in compensation and benefits are preferred
• Familiar with Hong Kong employment ordinance
• Strong analytical and good numerical sense
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexible, self-motivation and ability to work independently
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources Officer
