The Group now requires a financial executive with the following caliber to fill up the post of Senior Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of financial and management accounting functions of Shun Hing Group’s PRC activities
• Review, develop and enforce standard accounting policies and enhance internal control across Shun Hing China Group
• Responsible for treasury and cash flow management
• Prepare and review profit forecasts and budgets
• Ensure compliance with local statutory regulations
• Handle tax compliance, develop and monitor tax savings schemes
• Review investment and prepare investment appraisal reports
• Prepare timely financial reports to senior management
• Develop and implement effective computerize accounting systems
• Supervise and train a team of PRC accounting staff
• Occasional travel to PRC when required

 Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Finance and Accounting
• Member of HKICPA or equivalent qualification for at least 5 years
• At least 10 years of audit and commercial experience with a minimum of 3 years in management level
• 4 years’ audit experience, preferably from Big 4 preferred;
• Well-versed with PRC Joint Venture accounting, tax and investment related regulation;
• Merge & acquisition experience is preferred
• Mature & outspoken individual with good interpersonal skill, critical analytical skill and strong sense of financial and internal control;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua;
