Responsibilities

• Handle daily settlement of OTC Derivatives and Structured Products
• Prepare and check internal vouchers, trade confirmations and settlement & payment instructions
• Liaise with brokers and clients to perform pre-matching of settlement instructions 
• Follow up failed trade settlement cases with counterparties and clients
• Perform stock & cash reconciliation
• Give operational support on securities placement and issuance
• Handle enquiries and documents review requests from both internal and external parties
• Assist supervisor to ensure the team to comply with the operations and control procedures
• Participate in new projects and ad-hoc assignments including new products roll-out, system enhancement UAT, etc

Requirements

• Degree holder in Economics, Banking and Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines preferred
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in financial services industry
• Experience in handling settlement of OTC Derivatives & Structured Products preferred
• Mature, a good team player and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua preferred

Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Analyst
