Responsibilities

• Handle trade and data input and output checking
• Prepare and check internal vouchers, trade confirmations, settlement & payment instructions and documents
• Handle pre-matching of settlement instructions with brokers and clients
• Follow up failed trade settlement cases with counterparties and clients
• Perform stock and cash reconciliations and follow up on breaks found
• Handle enquiries and documents review requests from internal departments and external counterparties
• Assist the seniors on monitoring daily tasks and activities of the Team and to ensure compliance with the operation and control procedures
• Assist to handle projects e.g. new products roll-out; system enhancement UAT
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned by supervisor

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business, Economics, Finance or any related disciplines preferred
• 1 year’s relevant experience in financial services industry
• Familiar with the operation of CCASS
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua will be an advantage 

Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Analyst
