Assistant Manager/ Manager - Fund Account & Fund Operation (Asset Management Firm) 

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for performing the daily operations work, such as cash & security holding reconciliation, preparing cash forecast reporting
• Monitor the completeness of daily trade execution and matching performed by back office team
• NAV calcualtion process
• Liaise with fund administrators, custodians and prime brokers on a daily basis
• Participate in new fund launch
• Close communication with internal departments, such as Legal & Compliance, Sales & Marketing etc
• Provide support to senior management for new project implementation

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance or related disciplines
• At least 5-8 years hands on fund operation experience in Asst Management /Fund House 
• Familiar with investment operation flow and with strong experience in QFII, RQFII or QDII products
• Good PC skills is a definite advantage
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese including Putonghua
• Good team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Less experience will be considered as Senior Officer
