Our Client, a well-established bank in Hong Kong, is now looking for suitable candidates to fit their post of Officer / Senior Officer / Assistant Manager / Manager/ Team Head , Trade Services.

Responsibilities: 

• Perform the checking of import and export transactions documents, e.g.: LC documents, OB Loans or Packing Loans
• Give guidance to processors in daily operations
• Ensure work output are following the guidelines and procedures of the bank
• Handle complaints and maintain good relationship with customers/ banks
• Ensure that transactions are handled in accordance with the practice

Requirements:

• Secondary education or attained the HKDSE
• Holder of CDCS will be an advantage
• At least 1 years’ experience in bills operations
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Proficient in MS Office applications
