We are hiring customer services representatives for providing accounts receivable management services in our iQor Hong Kong Office.

Job Responsibilities:

• Communicate with customers via emails and phone calls
• Negotiate with customers for achieving highest return possible through a variety of settlements and payment plans 
• Manage commercial accounts receivables and prepare statement of accounts for customers
• Update regular accounts receivable reports for client’s review
• Gather data and documents proper systems per client’s requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned 

Job Requirements:   

• Tertiary education with basic knowledge of accounting
• Call Center and/or customer service experience preferred
• Dynamic interpersonal and judgment skills; meticulous in figures
• Good problem-solving and communication skills
• Professional demeanor and dependable work ethic
• Native English speaker a must; ability to speak Chinese an advantage
• Proficient MS office skills, especially in Excel
• Holder of valid Hong Kong Work Visa (foreign nationals)
