Responsibilities:

• Perform general office administration, such as filing documents, keeping recording and prepare relevant documents
• Assist sales person in account opening and document process
• Communicate and coordinate with sales person
• Act as personal assistant for the senior management
• Assist in any ad-hoc projects assigned by the Company

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in business related discipline
• Holder of valid SFC Type 1 & 2 licenses, Insurance Certificate is preferred but not a must
• Good command of spoken Cantonese & English, good Mandarin will be an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
• Self-motivated and well-organized with good interpersonal & communication skills
• Fresh graduates with intent to develop career in securities sector are welcome
