Responsibilities:

• Lead a small team to ensure smooth operation of clearing and settlement function (Mainly for OTC & overseas markets)
• Perform daily settlement for various trading entities covering overseas equity markets & OTC Derivatives;
• Monitor the settlements to ensure the compliance of internal operational procedures and relevant jurisdiction;
• Handle with CCASS and DCASS operations;
• Communicate with internal parties and foreign brokers to solve settlement problems; 
• Assist in system modification and responsible for UAT testing
• Respond to all duties related to settlement matters;
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years relevant experience in settlement operations;
• Experience in OTC or overseas markets is preferable;
• Strong PC skills and proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese word processing;
• Responsible, self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure;
• Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin);
• Immediate available is preferred;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager.
