Job Description
Responsibilities
- Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems and applications
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
- Provide user support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
- Considerable client contact is usually required
Requirements
- Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in IT support
- Hands-on technical support experience in Desktop Support (Windows 7/10 environment), Active Directory and Windows Server preferable
- Basic knowledge of network/telecom setup, data security, database administration and IT best practices
- Ability to troubleshoot independently
- Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- The ability to think logically, self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
- Fast learner
