Our client, a top-tier retail corporate bank is looking for a Senior Manager, Fintech 

Responsibilities

• Keep abreast of the FinTech development
• Analyse and provide recommendations to senior management regarding FinTech and business development
• Act as the Scrum Master, lead and assist in innovation project in agile approach
• Assist in project from strategy formulation to task execution, risk management, issues idetification and resolution, analytical design, etc.
• Estimate and manage budget and resources for the project
• Ensure the UX / UI to be up to market standard

Requirements

• University degree in eCommerce, Innovative Technology, Business Administration, Information Technology or any related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience with 3 years of project management experiences
• Solid project management knowledge in agile approach, strong problem solving and decision making skills, good analytical skill, able to get the updated market trend regarding FinTech development
• Able to maintain and collaborate with internal and external parties
• Excellent time management, prioritization, organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
