工作職責

• 負責處理客戶日常查詢(包括電話、電郵和即時通訊等)
• 為客戶辦理開戶手續
• 了解客戶的需求，並提供相應的解決方案
• 協助處理部門的日常行政事務

工作要求

• 大專或以上
• 有客戶服務中心或銀行相關的工作經驗優先
• 具良好溝通技巧
• 良好粵語、普通話及一般英語
• 熟悉電腦操作，能使用Word及Excel
• 歡迎應屆畢業生應徵
