Our client is European Private Banking To cope with the rapid business expansion, they are now inviting high caliber candidates to join the team

ARM– Private Banking – 9 months contract (Maternity leave coverage)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform full spectrum of administration and secretarial support to Senior Banker
• Manage daily transaction and dealing investment products
• Handle customer inquiries and execute trade order
• Handle confidential information, maintain a proper filing system and commercial documents in good records
• Arrange appointments, schedule and travel arrangement, and work closely with different parties
• Handle call screening, priority the schedule and tasks, ensure bring the attention to the Banker if any tight schedule and urgent happenings
• Assist to set up meetings, conference calls and taking minutes
• Assist in ad- hoc projects if needed

Requirements:

• Degree holder
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in customer service or investment operations/processing in private banking industry
• Holder of HKSI license
• Communicative, flexible, efficient, hardworking and able to work under pressure
• Customer service oriented with pleasant personality, good initiative and innovative
• Proficiency level in written and spoken English
• Familiar with word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software
• Require basic knowledge of private bank products and operational procedures
• Familiar with financial market activities
