Responsibilities  

• Responsible for product design (fixed-income product focused). Prepare the documents of fixed income products, Launch these products in collaboration with external service providers and other internal teams: middle and back-offices, legal, operations.
• Work with the sales team to generate product ideas, develop and launch notes on a monthly basis that satisfy customer needs across markets.
• Work with different stakeholders, both internal and external to finalize the documentation of notes in a timely manner. This includes any legal or regulatory approval as well as risk review.
• Help prepare marketing materials to facilitate product promotion.
• Tracking product performance, maturities of notes, call dates and coupon dates and providing key updates to sales team as well as clients.
• Ensure a smooth product delivery process and the secondary market redemption process.
• Assist on the marketing activities with sales team
• Handle Ad hoc projects assigned by management 

Requirements  

• More than 3 years’ experience of fixed income product design (structured products preferred
• Degree holder preferably in Finance or other related discipline
• Solid experience on product management and understanding of regime governing the product
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
• Strong organization skill with business sense
• Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
