Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute fundraising strategies
• Assist the company to complete domestic and overseas financing and fundraising activities
• Manage the IPO project, involving Listing Rules or Takeovers Code.
• Prepare financial models, perform financial and valuation analysis on M&A transactions
• Carry out due diligence exercise and prepare investment proposals for M&A transactions and business expansion opportunities
• Liaise with Divisions and Business Units on transaction execution, ensuring all transactions are compliant with the Group’s finance and internal control policies
• Prepare finance reports highlighting key issues and make recommendations thereon for management consideration
• Compile industry and competitors benchmark reports
• Manage existing relationship with institutional investors, governments, bankers, sponsors, lawyers, etc.
• Frequent overseas travelling is required

 Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related
• Minimum 5 years relevant working experience
• Strong business sense and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Excel, MS Word, and MS Powerpoint
• Good spoken and written English & Cantonese
• Candidate with IPO experience is a plus
