Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to premier customers
• Handle customers' enquiries and complaints
• Follow up customers' orders in a professional manner
• Provide after-sales support

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma/ Associate Degree or above
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Prior customer service experience is a plus
• Candidates with more experience will be considered for senior roles
