Responsibilities:

• Initiate and run weekly and monthly regular reports
• Run and fine-tune data modeling to help Management better understand customers and industry trends
• Develop dashboards and key metrics to fulfill business needs 
• Gather, analyze, organize and present data to support better decisions
• Monitor business performance and suggest areas of improvement to senior management
• Build up & maintain database for the teams for preparing analysis report
• Perform user acceptance test of new systems and analytics solutions
• Manage information reporting including data matching process, data integrity, data discrepancy report and information analysis
• Handle ad-hoc data analysis and projects

Requirements:

• A university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics or other related disciplines
• Relevant experience in statistics, business intelligence, customer analysis gained through full-time work and/or internship highly desirable
• Recently graduate with strong academic background, or relevant work experience for up to 2 years 
• Strong analytical skills & sensitive to numbers
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a must and demonstrated ability to manipulate data rapidly and efficiently, with SERVER experience is an advantage
• Excellent programming skills including Statistical package, SQL and experience working with business intelligence tools
• Mature personality, be hardworking, a strong team player and able to work independently
• Qualities of an organized, self-motivated and committed team member able to take initiative
• High cultural awareness and adaptable to dynamic business environment dealing with multiple countries
• Good command of both written and spoken English
• Spoken Japanese not mandatory but preferred
